Terms & Conditions

The System is available only to enrolled students, faculty, and authorized administrators of the University. Accounts are created and issued by the University. You may not create your own account, use another person’s account, or allow anyone else to use yours.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Temporary passwords issued by an administrator must be changed on first sign-in.
• Do not share your password, and notify an administrator immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.
• The University may lock accounts after repeated failed sign-in attempts as a security measure.

You agree to use the System only for legitimate academic consultation purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, data, or component of the System.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the platform.
• Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Use automated means to access, copy, or scrape the System.
• Use the System in violation of University policies or applicable law.

Consultation slots are subject to faculty availability and to platform limits configured by the University, which may include the maximum number of active bookings you can hold, how far in advance you can book, and a limit of one active consultation per day. You agree to attend the consultations you book or to cancel in good time. Faculty may approve, decline, or propose an alternative date for your request, which you may then accept or decline.

Faculty are responsible for maintaining accurate availability, responding to consultation requests, and recording session outcomes — action taken, venue, time spent, and related details — for the University’s official records. Faculty may reschedule or, in unforeseen circumstances, adjust affected bookings; the System will notify affected students so they can respond.

Completed consultation records generated by the System, including printable consultation forms, constitute official University documentation. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

The University aims to keep the System available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The System may be placed in maintenance mode or be temporarily unavailable for updates or unforeseen reasons. We are not liable for any consequences arising from downtime.

The University may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, misuse of the System, or as required by University policy, with or without prior notice.

The System and its content, design, and underlying software are the property of Cagayan State University – Gonzaga Campus and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the System without authorization.

The System is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the University disclaims warranties of any kind and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the System.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the appropriate courts and to the University’s grievance procedures.

The University may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the System after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
